GenClip™ Long RNA Synthesis
GenClip™ enables the synthesis of long RNA (100–500 mer) with high yield and high quality, including sgRNA, pre-miRNA and mRNA. It is currently available for research use (Non-GMP) at research to mg scale; GMP manufacturing is under development.

How GenClip™ Works
GenClip™ combines solid-phase synthesis with enzymatic ligation. Short RNA fragments are aligned on short DNA splints and joined by an enzyme, which enables higher yield than conventional methods while maintaining high quality even for long RNA.
Patent: WO2024048684 — Method for Producing Nucleic Acid Molecule
Main Features of GenClip™
Long RNA with high yield and high quality, for research and analytical use.

Long RNA of 100–500 mer
Applicable to long RNA from 100 to 500 mer. If you need RNA longer than 500 mer, please contact us.
Chemical Modifications
Applicable to various chemical modifications such as 2′-F, 2′-MOE and LNA.
High Yield and Quality
The combination of solid-phase synthesis and enzymatic ligation enables high yield compared to conventional methods, while maintaining high quality even for long RNA.
Broad Applications
Usable for the synthesis of sgRNA, pre-miRNA and mRNA. Due to its high quality, long RNA produced with GenClip™ can also be used as analytical standards.

Examples of Our Work
From a 178 mer RNA and a 100-mer sgRNA to a 560 mer NanoLuc® mRNA that is translated in a cell-free assay.
