What licensing models are available for CORYNEX™?
The standard model is a full-service CDMO model where Aji Bio-Pharma manages development through manufacturing including subcontracting to partner CDMOs. We also offer a technology licensing model where we develop the strain and process before licensing to the client and/or the client’s preferred CDMOs.
Can CORYNEX™ be adapted for my specific protein target?
Yes. Strain engineering and process customization for client-specific target molecules are at the core of the CORYNEX™ service model. Experts at our R&D center in Kawasaki, Japan will perform such development activities while collaborating very closely with clients.
Can I use CORYNEX™ at my own CDMO?
Yes. Technology licensing and tech transfer packages are available to enable the use of CORYNEX™ at the client’s own or preferred third-party CDMO facilities. Aji Bio-Pharma will provide the necessary strains, process documentation, training, and technical support.
What does the CORYNEX™ tech transfer include?
It includes the custom-engineered strain, USP, DSP, and analytics. Full process documentation, training for the receiving site’s team, and ongoing technical support from the CORYNEX™ team are also included.
