Overview
miRNA Inhibitor oligos are double-stranded RNA mainly composed of 2′-O-Methyl RNA. The Micro RNA Binding Site (MBS) specifically binds to RISC-complexed mature miRNA and strongly inhibits miRNA activity even at low concentrations.
We offer an innovative miRNA inhibitor, S-TuD, which shows significantly higher inhibitory activity against miRNA than existing miRNA inhibitors.
When the inhibitory activity against miRNA was confirmed, S-TuD showed inhibitory activity at significantly lower concentrations than existing miRNA inhibitors.
Our miRNA inhibitor, S-TuD, was transfected into HCT-116 cells by transfection method and the inhibitory activity against each miRNA was confirmed by Dual Luciferase Assay. S-TuD shows inhibitory activity at significantly lower concentrations than existing miRNA inhibitors. Data was provided by Professor Iba of the University of Tokyo Institute of Medical Science.
