Our products are supplied in lyophilized form. Before use, please dissolve them in an aqueous solvent appropriate for your experimental system. No particular solvent is specifically recommended; depending on your application, sterile water, nuclease-free water, TE buffer, or other suitable buffers may be used.

For storage, we recommend keeping the products at −20°C or below. After reconstitution, the solution should be aliquoted for storage, and repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided.

Yes, we do. We support both GalNAc conjugation and specialized modifications such as 5′-vinylphosphonate modification. Since multiple GalNAc structures are available, please specify the structure you require. The most commonly requested options are listed in our price list.

Yes, we can. We routinely support the synthesis of oligonucleotides exceeding 100-mer in length. Oligonucleotides up to approximately 100–120 mer can be produced using conventional solid-phase synthesis. For longer RNA, we offer GenClip™, an advanced approach combining chemical synthesis with enzymatic ligation. Using this technology, we have successfully synthesized mRNA up to 560 mer.

For RNA in the 80–120 mer range, we recommend the most suitable synthesis method—conventional solid-phase synthesis or GenClip™—based on the sequence.

Solid-phase synthesis is used from early, small-quantity studies up to kilogram-scale production, while AJIPHASE™ is applied for tens-of-kilograms to ton-scale manufacturing. When appropriate, we also leverage GenClip™, which combines enzymatic ligation, to support the overall process.

Accordion ContenUp to 200 kg via AJIPHASE™ (confirm batch vs. cumulative with operations) and up to 10 g via solid-phase synthesis — both available in cGMP configuration. For PMO specifically, Aji operates one of the largest dedicated reactor capacities globally at 8,000 L.

Oligonucleotides are supplied in lyophilized form. We do not offer delivery in solution due to stability considerations.

For oligonucleotides of around 30 mer, delivery is typically within 1–2 weeks. Larger-scale or more complex oligonucleotides may require additional time, but most products are delivered within 1 month.
