A top-10 pharmaceutical company needed to rapidly scale an API program without compromising quality, safety, sustainability or time-to-market. Commercial Product: Cost Competitiveness Without Supply Risk
A commercial product facing increasing cost pressure required a more competitive manufacturing model without introducing supply-chain risk. Leveraging the ABPS Belgium–India network, we implemented for our customer an internal transfer to Vizag while retaining the same project management structure, process knowledge and quality standards.
The result was a lower-cost supply model, uninterrupted product availability and continued regulatory confidence — delivering both improved economics and the peace of mind of this long-term partner.
