Precise DAR

AJICAP™ enables precise DAR control by introducing a defined conjugation site on the Fc region. While homogeneous DAR2 is commonly achieved, the technology can also support alternative DAR formats, including DAR1, DAR4, dual-payload conjugates, and higher DAR configurations, depending on the overall conjugation design.

Minimal Payload Loss

The conjugation chemistry is compatible with various linker-payload designs. In particular, hydrophilic linker strategies, including the use of AJICAP™ linkers, can be applied to reduce hydrophobicity and improve plasma stability, thereby minimizing payload detachment during circulation.

Robust Manufacturing

The AJICAP™ process is robust and straightforward, without requiring antibody engineering or enzymatic steps. In addition, the process can be designed to minimize or avoid column purification, simplifying scale-up and manufacturing.
